Our Story

     Independence Premium Beef , LLC was established in Independence, Texas in 2008.  Ventures of the business include fed, feeder, and seedstock cattle.

     In 2010 the company purchased its first registered Wagyu bulls to breed commercial heifers, with the desire to produce high quality beef. Today the cattle company sells USDA inspected retail cuts of American Wagyu Beef for a true farm to table eating experience.

     We are family owned, operated and dedicated to delivering a premium product from our farm to your table.
